Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–3 years' working experience in an accounting role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records.
• Process daily financial transactions and reconciliations.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Maintain petty cash and company expense records.
• Assist with payroll preparation and statutory compliance.
• Ensure proper filing of financial documents.
• Support audits by providing the required financial information.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
