JOB DETAILS:

POSITION

ACCOUNTANT

LOCATION

BLANTYRE

REQUIREMENTS

• Age between 35 – 45 years
• Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in accounting or finance
• Must be a Certified Accountant, Candidates with a Chartered Accountant qualification will have an added advantage
• Experience working in a hospital or healthcare environment will be an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, reconciliations, and statutory compliance
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Must be mature, honest, detail-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision

KEY DUTIES

• Preparing financial reports and statements
• Managing accounts payable and receivable
• Bank reconciliations and cash flow management
• Budget preparation and expenditure monitoring
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
• Supporting audits and maintaining accurate financial records
