Position: Accounts Intern

Reporting To: Accounts Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining financial records and filing systems
• Support preparation of payment vouchers, receipts, and invoices
• Assist with data entry and updating accounting records
• Support petty cash management and bank reconciliations
• Help in preparing basic financial reports
• Assist during audits and stock counts
• Perform any other finance-related duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing)
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Willingness to learn with strong attention to detail
