ACCOUNTS RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
Malawi Sun Hotel is seeking a results-oriented Accounts Relationship Manager to manage key client accounts, develop new business opportunities, strengthen customer relationships and contribute to the hotel’s sales and revenue growth.
ROLE OBJECTIVE
To serve as the primary commercial point of contact for corporate, diplomatic, and institutional clients.
Responsible for maintaining existing hotel relationships, preventing churn, and aggressively cross-selling conference venues, food & beverage, and accommodation packages to corporate bookers.
QUALIFICATIONS AND KEY SKILLS
EDUCATION
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration related field.
EXPERIENCE
Must have 4 to 6 years of proven experience in client servicing, account management, B2B sales, or relationship management.
CORE COMPETENCIES
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, conflict-resolution and presentation abilities.

Experience in Months: 48
Level of Education: bachelor degree
