VACANCY

Role Purpose:

Design, coordinate, and operationalise SMAAC’s anchored farmer ecosystem as a responsive, data-informed, and trust-driven production system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the single coordination interface between SMAAC and all anchored farmers
  • Design and manage onboarding, profiling, compliance tracking, and engagement systems
  • Build farmer response mechanisms (feedback loops, escalation, early-warning signals)
  • Conduct structured outreach and field engagements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Qualification in Animal Science, Agribusiness, Rural Development, or related field
  • Experience with out-grower schemes or farmer ecosystems preferred
  • Strong coordination, communication, and engagement skills
