JOB DETAILS:

K&J Projects Private Limited, India is currently preparing a proposal for an international consultancy assignment under the Southern Africa Trade and Connectivity Project (SATCP).

Responsibilities or duties

Consultancy Services for Feasibility Study, Detailed Engineering Design, Preparation of Tender Documents for Construction of Two Inland Vehicle Weigh Stations, and Construction Supervision of Liwonde Weigh Station along:

• Zalewa – Mwanza (M006) Road
• Liwonde – Zomba (M003) Road

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification. He/she must have a working experience in sub–Saharan Africa and shall be fluent in written and spoken English.

Experience needed

He/she must have a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in building construction supervision. He/she must have served as the Architect or equivalent capacity in at least three (3) building construction projects of similar magnitude and complexity in last ten (10) years.
