JOB DETAILS:
ABOUT THE COMPANY
PREMIUM Designs and Engineering Ltd is a construction company whose services range from designing to construction of building projects. We are looking for suitably qualified individuals to join our team.
CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Work with clients to determine requirements for building projects
2. Prepare detailed drawings, showing both the appearance and interior structure of a building project
3. Assist in developing initial estimates on structure costs, building time and special requirements
4. In consultation with management, prepare work contracts for subcontractors
5. Visit building worksites to ensure work is being done according to architectural plans
6. Develop and give presentations to stakeholders on project details
QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES
1. Must be a holder of Bachelor of Architecture Degree
2. Must be willing to work on commission basis
3. Creative, adaptive and attentive to detail
4. Good interpersonal skills

Level of Education: bachelor degree
