Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and other financial information
- Prepare creditors’ and debtors’ ageing reports
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and supporting documentation
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Prepare and capture invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other accounting documents
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding receivables
- Assist with supplier payments and reconciliation of supplier statements
- Perform bank reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies
- Assist with the preparation and processing of payroll and statutory deductions
- Assist with cashbook management and recording of cash transactions
- Assist with month-end and year-end accounting procedures
- Assist with audits by providing financial records and supporting documentation
- Maintain confidentiality and security of financial information
- Perform any other accounting and administrative duties as assigned by management

Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, with at least 3 Years of related work experience
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including spreadsheets, formulas, and financial data analysis.
