Malawi Airlines is the national flag carrier that operates B737-700, B737- 800 and Q400 Aircrafts having direct flights to regional cities of Johannesburg; Lusaka; Harare, Nairobi, Entebbe and Dares Salaam; besides daily domestic flights between Lilongwe and Blantyre.

Responsibilities or duties
- Assisting in handling all administrative matters of his/her section;
- Assist in controlling the duty time limitation and rest requirement of cabin crew members assigned under her/him;
- Assist in timely reviews and distributes both Malawi Airlines Cabin Crew Operations Manual (CCOM) and The Cabin Crew Safety Manuals (CCSM); proposes policies on employee benefits and implement same when approved;
- Assist in monitoring and address in-flight/on-board performance, product & services deficiencies/ irregularities in coordination with respective Supervisors of in-flight services;
- Assist in maintaining personal files of cabin crew control for easy access & reference; & actively participate in the competency and physical assessment of cabin crew training candidates; organizes
- Ensures the consistent implementation of the airline safety & Security policy and procedures by reporting deviations to safety or security offices in liaison with the Cabin Crew Administrator as appropriate; initiating and taking preventive and corrective actions to avoid the recurrence of the deviation
- Performs any other lawful duties assigned from time to time.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
Diploma in Travel and Tourism (IATA), Business Administration or equivalent from recognized institution.
MSCE
Experience needed
At least 2 years’ experience.
Those with experience in administration will have added advantage.
High level proven integrity
