The Local Government Service Commission is inviting applications from suitable qualified Malawians to fill the following vacant positions existing at ZOMBA CITY COUNCIL.
Responsibilities or duties,
- Supporting implementing and monitoring of estates management policies, programs, plans, standards, strategies and procedures
- Supporting land regularization exercises
- Updating and maintaining land records
- Providing dispute resolution services
- Supporting processing of applications for plots, lease, title deeds on land in traditional housing areas
- Servicing plot allocation committee meetings
- Attending to inquiries
- Processing of subdivisions and regularization of plots
- Preparing reports
Qualifications or requirements
Applicants must be in possession of a Diploma in Estate Management, Real Estate Management, Land Management, Property Management, Land Administration, Property Development and Management, or an equivalent relevant qualification obtained from an accredited and recognised institution
Experience needed,
plus (2) years’ relevant working experience in estate management, property management, land administration, valuation, property inspection, or a related field.
