MSG invites suitably qualified, motivated, and agile candidates to fill the following vacant positions tenable at its Secretariat, Mpemba Campus (formerly known as Staff Development Institute (SDI) and Kanengo Campus (formerly Malawi Institute of Management):
Responsibilities or duties
Examination Administration
- Support preparation of class and examination schedules.
- Support the coordination of the administration of examinations and assessments.
- Arrange, safe keep and distribute examination materials.
- Dispatch examinations to examiners.
- Respond to queries and inquiries pertaining to examinations.
- Handle special needs issues related to examinations.
Record Keeping
- Maintain data for eligible students for examinations and examination schedules.
Qualification and other attributes
- Diploma in Education or related fields from an accredited or recognized institution by the National Council for Higher Education.
Experience needed
- 2 years relevant experience.
- Support preparation of class and examination schedules.
- Support the coordination of the administration of examinations and assessments.
