JOB DETAILS:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Sungroup of Companies is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Human Resource Manager to support the HR department in driving people operations and talent management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and staff orientation processes
• Support payroll administration and employee records management
• Coordinate training and development programs
• Handle employee relations and HR policy implementation
• Assist with performance management and compliance reporting

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• First Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Human Capital Management
• Strong knowledge of Malawi labour laws
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems

Work Hours: 8

Level of Education: bachelor degree
