AREAS OF SPECIALISATION

We are seeking lecturers in the following areas:

Banking Lecturer

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality lectures in banking operations, credit management, treasury management, and bank regulation.
• Facilitate student learning through case studies on banking risks, customer relationship management, and digital banking trends.
• Develop and update course materials to reflect evolving banking laws, central bank policies, and financial technology innovations.
• Conduct research in areas such as bank performance, financial stability, microfinance, and mobile banking in developing economies.
• Participate in community engagement by partnering with financial institutions to offer banking awareness programs and financial inclusion initiatives.
• Mentor and support students in understanding career opportunities in commercial banking, central banking, and microfinance institutions.
• Participate in academic and administrative activities, including industry liaison and internship coordination.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Master's degree in a relevant field (PhD is an added advantage).
• Relevant teaching and/or industry experience.
• Strong commitment to academic excellence, student development and research.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic university environment.
