The GREENER GARDEN is recruiting an experienced and energetic Bar Waitress to provide exceptional service at our premier venue located near Area 44 / Area 23.

Employment Package

Starting Salary: K250,000 per month

Duty Meals: Fully provided during shifts

Transportation: Provided by management for your safety and convenience

Primary Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet patrons warmly, present menus, and offer detailed drink recommendations.
• Order -Management: Take accurate food and beverage orders and process transactions efficiently.
• Beverage Delivery: Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks promptly in accordance with hospitality standards.
• Area Upkeep: Maintain immaculate cleanliness of tables, bar counters, and guest seating areas.
• -Stock Monitoring: Assist in tracking bar inventory and reporting shortages to the supervisor.

Candidate Requirements

• Age Profile:23 to 26 years of age (strict requirement)
• Education: Minimum of a Hospitality Certificate or equivalent professional training
• Experience: Prior background in a busy bar, lounge, or restaurant environment is highly preferred
• Proximity: Residing within or close to Area 44 / Area 23 for efficient transit
• Competencies: Exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and a professional appearance
