Company Overview

SwiftServe Limited is looking for reliable and motivated Bike Riders and Bicycle Riders to join our growing delivery team in Blantyre.

Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for collecting and delivering customer orders safely, efficiently, and professionally while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications & Experience Required

• Valid motorcycle licence (Motorbike Riders only).
• Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE).
• Experience riding in both urban and rural areas.
• Good knowledge of road traffic rules and road safety.
• Honest, reliable, punctual, and customer-focused.

Additional Information

• Company ID card, helmet, and reflective jacket will be provided.
• Motorbike riders will be equipped with GPS tracking devices.
• Employment will be on contract in accordance with the Labour Laws of Malawi.

Level of Education: high school
