POSITION 2

BOARDING MASTER (1 VACANCY)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the welfare, health, and safety of boarders.
• Maintain discipline and enforce boarding house rules.
• Coordinate evening prep and extracurricular activities.
• Manage hostel facilities and cleanliness standards.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Experience working with children in a residential setting.
• High level of integrity, patience, and authority.
• Excellent conflict resolution and crisis management skills.
• Basic first aid knowledge is a strong advantage.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
