ABOUT THE ROLE
The Glam Loft is looking for a friendly, stylish, and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Boutique Sales Lady. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting sales, and maintaining the boutique's attractive appearance.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is fashion-conscious, confident, and passionate about retail and customer service.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience: Previous experience in retail or boutique sales is an added advantage
- Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Personal Attributes: Honest, reliable, well-presented, friendly, approachable, fashion-conscious, confident, energetic with a positive attitude
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Customer Service: Strong customer service skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcoming and assisting customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Providing product information and style recommendations
- Processing sales transactions accurately (cash, mobile money, POS)
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the boutique
- Arranging and replenishing merchandise displays
- Assisting in stock taking and inventory management
- Promoting new arrivals and special offers
