Responsibilities or duties

The job holder’s responsibility is to lead and Manage the operations of the Nsanje Branch to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

  • Lead and manage the operations of the Nsanje Branch to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets and improve overall branch performance.
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate branch staff to maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and the community.
  • Oversee financial management, budgeting, and reporting for the branch.

Qualifications or requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • A proven track record of leadership and team management.
  • Strong understanding of the financial services industry and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Desired Skills and Competencies

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Goal-oriented with a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to manage operational risks and challenges.
