We are preparing a manufacturing business in Malawi focused on traditional Korean beverages and alcoholic drinks.

Responsibilities or duties

• Management of alcohol production and fermentation processes
• Overall production management from raw material intake to final product shipment
• Compliance with hygiene and safety standards, as well as staff management and training

Qualifications or requirements 

• Basic understanding of fermentation processes or similar production processes (food, beverage, etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer documentation work
• Ability to manage production staff and production schedules

Experience needed

Hands-on experience in production environments such as alcoholic beverages, beverages, or food manufacturing

Knowledge of traditional Korean alcohol production methods
