Background

Responsibilities

The role involves facilitating member onboarding and registration, preparing and issuing member certificates, maintaining accurate membership records and performing reconciliations. It also includes responding to clients and members, providing information in line with regulations and service level agreements, and resolving client and call centre queries within agreed Service Level timelines. Other duties include allocating pension contributions accurately to member accounts, processing member benefit claims (including verification of supporting documents and bank account details), and following up on outstanding contribution remittances. Preparing client data for management, regulatory, and member reporting is also a key responsibility.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Actuarial Science, Finance, Accounting, Economics or Social Science. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a client service role within pension administration, financial services, or a related area is required.

Job Competencies and Attributes

Key attributes include high levels of integrity and professionalism, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A customer-focused approach with strong relationship management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications are also essential.
