Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ACADES’ communications and visibility strategy to strengthen organisational brand and visibility.
- Produce and manage high-quality content across digital and traditional platforms, including the website, social media, newsletters, publications, and multimedia.
- Lead media, donor, partner, and stakeholder communications, ensuring consistent messaging and brand identity.
- Support fundraising and program teams with compelling communications, branding, and proposal development.
- Monitor communications performance, prepare analytical reports, and supervise communications staff, consultants, and service providers.
Qualifications & Experience
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- At least four (4) years’ relevant communications experience, including two (2) years in a supervisory or management role.
- Experience in the NGO, development, or public sector is highly desirable.
- Excellent writing, editing, storytelling, and digital communication skills.
- Creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities while building strong stakeholder relationships.
- Experience in graphic design and the ability to produce high-quality visual communication materials is an added advantage.
