ABOUT THE ROLE

Nkhotakota District Council is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill vacant posts existing at Health Centres, various premises, and market places under the Council.

Community Midwife Assistant:

Build therapeutic relationships, conduct comprehensive assessments, conduct outreach clinics, provide SRH education, manage gynecological/obstetrical problems, reduce maternal/infant mortality.

Qualifications or requirements:

• Certificate of Community Midwifery or Nursing and Midwifery from a recognized institution of Malawi and registered with Nurses and Midwives Council of Malawi.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: professional certificate
