Telekom Networks Malawi Plc (TNM) invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the position of Consumer Sales Executive within the Sales & Distribution Division. This role is crucial in driving subscriber growth, enhancing Mpamba agent performance, and ensuring product availability across assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive subscriber connections, Mpamba agent recruitment, and customer acquisition in assigned areas.
  • Develop and communicate targets to Dealers based on site usage, seasonality trends, and competitor performance.
  • Monitor dealer and wholesaler performance, including sales and connection KPIs.
  • Grow customer (retailer) base and ensure adherence to route plans by Dealer Sales Representatives (DSRs).
  • Track stock movement to prevent stock outs and ensure product availability at all times.
  • Ensure effective utilization of dealer credit facilities and qualify dealers accordingly.
  • Conduct weekly performance review meetings with Dealers and DSRs, generating actionable insights.
  • Manage Dealer incentives and monitor profitability, recommending interventions where necessary.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in FMCG products or services.
  • Ability to ride a motorcycle, with a valid motorcycle license.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure and meet set targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • CSE-2026
