COOKS

Applicants must:

• Possess a minimum of Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE).
• Have proven experience in cooking in a school, hotel, restaurant, hospital, or other institutional catering environment. Experience in a boarding school will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrate knowledge of food hygiene and safe food handling practices.
• Be physically fit and able to work under pressure and meet meal service schedules.
• Be honest, disciplined, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Be able to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
• Possess a willingness to learn and improve culinary skills.
• Be of high professional integrity and able to maintain confidentiality in matters relating to students and the school.

Level of Education: bachelor degree
