9. Corporate Relations and Marketing Officer - 3 Year Contract

A Corporate Relations and Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and managing marketing strategies to promote the University of Blantyre Synod. The Officer is expected to analyze market trends, identify target audiences and coordinate marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive students to choose our growing University programmes. This role involves working closely with designers and other departments to create engaging promotional materials and digital content. The officer should monitor campaign performance using analytical tools, adjusts strategies based on data insights, and ensures consistent brand messaging across all channels. Strong communication skills, creativity and a good understanding of market research and digital marketing platforms are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications and Experience:

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics or related field.

Relevant work experience from 3 to 5 years in sales, marketing, digital campaigns or brand management with skills in market research, campaign coordination and social media analytical tools such as google analytics.

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
