Role Description
The Corporate Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Lilongwe, Malawi. This position involves driving sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include executing strategic sales plans, delivering tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. The Corporate Sales Specialist will represent IT Centre’s value-added technology solutions across multiple industries.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Corporate Sales and Corporate Sales Management
- Proficiency in Sales and Business Development, with a proven track record in achieving targets
- Effective skills in Negotiation and relationship management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Experience in technology solutions or the IT industry is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
