CAREER OPPORTUNITY
CORPORATE SALES SUPPORT ANALYSTS (2)
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill two (2) positions of Corporate Sales Support Analyst, tenable at Blantyre and Lilongwe Offices, at Grade 4B.
Reporting to the Corporate Relationship Manager, the successful candidates will support the management of a portfolio of corporate clients and contribute to sustainable business growth through trend analysis, relationship management, and the promotion of the Bank’s products and services to both existing and prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the integration and coordination of corporate customer relationships in line with First Capital Bank’s Business Strategy and Vision.
- Maintain and expand networks for leads and prospects, ensuring continuous growth of the prospect pipeline.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of clients’ banking requirements, including donor covenants for donor-funded projects, in order to provide professional and value-adding business advice.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and sales leads while retaining high-quality clients and growing the client base with an emphasis on sustainability and quality.
- Prepare business proposals for new and existing clients, demonstrating a clear understanding of the Bank’s products, capabilities, and how these solutions address client needs.
- Assist in the collection and verification of relevant client information to support KYC and due diligence requirements.
- Support client profitability analysis and contribute to effective credit, operational, and risk management processes.
Technical Skills/Competencies
- Good interpersonal relationship skills.
- Good analytical skills.
- Business Development.
- Attention to detail.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in any business-related field.
- At least 1 year’s experience in analytical relationship management or marketing/selling.
