Role Context
MIM is seeking a talented and innovative Creative Designer to join its dynamic team. The Creative Designer will be responsible for developing engaging and visually appealing content across various platforms to support MIM's programs, marketing efforts, and overall brand identity. This role requires a blend of artistic skill, technical proficiency, and a strong understanding of design principles.
Responsibilities
The Creative Designer will be expected to:
- Conceptualize and create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for print and digital media, including brochures, reports, presentations, social media posts, website banners, and event materials.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity and visual style across all MIM communications.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their design needs and translate them into effective visual solutions.
- Edit and retouch images as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Creative Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative design work.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Experience Needed
A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in graphic design or a related field.
