3️⃣ Customer Support Agents

Reports To: Customer Operations Officer

Role Summary:

Frontline support for AgriKwik users, handling inquiries, complaints, and guidance to ensure excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve complaints, issues, or transaction disputes.
  • Educate users on platform features and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and support tickets.
  • Collaborate with operations, sales, and tech teams for problem resolution.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or related field.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in customer service, call center, or client support.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and attention to detail.
