SwiftServe Limited is seeking a qualified and customer-oriented Customer Support & Care Associate to join our team in Blantyre. The successful candidate will provide professional support to customers, vendors, and riders by handling enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an excellent customer experience across the SwiftServe platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and in person.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently and professionally.
- Support vendors and riders with platform-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience Required
- Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) is mandatory.
- Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Business Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer service systems.
