Background

The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning at the ASF College of Accountancy.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver engaging lectures in the assigned area of specialization.
  • Develop lesson plans, course materials, assignments, tests, and examinations.
  • Assess and grade students’ academic work in accordance with institutional standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date academic and examination records.
  • Provide academic guidance, mentorship, and support to students.
  • Participate in examinations, invigilation, marking, and moderation activities.
  • Monitor students’ academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, academic planning, and institutional activities.
  • Contribute to curriculum development, review, and improvement.
  • Promote a professional, supportive, and disciplined learning environment.
  • Comply with institutional policies, academic standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Director or relevant authority.
