• Provide strategic leadership to the Faculty.
• Oversee academic programmes and ensure compliance with NCHE standards.
• Lead curriculum review and programme development.

• Manage faculty budgets and resources.

• PhD in Early Childhood Education or Primary Education is preferred.
• Candidates with a Master's in Education (Early Childhood/Primary) with relevant experience may also be considered.
• At least five (5) years of university or college teaching experience.
• At least three (3) years of academic leadership experience at Head of Department, Dean, or equivalent level.
• Demonstrated record of research publications and academic supervision.
• Experience in curriculum development, quality assurance, and academic administration.
