Background
Bluestar Tourism and Hospitality is seeking to hire Deli Controllers to manage operations within the fresh delicatessen section.
Responsibilities
Manage inventory, maintain operational standards, optimize waste reduction, ensure freshness, and spearhead visual merchandising within the fresh delicatessen section.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Relevant academic or vocational qualification/certificate in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related business fields.
- Proven technical experience in the respective position applied for.
- Exceptional cleanliness, personal grooming, hygiene standards, and team spirit.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
