Driver Mentor / Senior Rider (Team Leader)
- Lead a team of 5-10 junior riders/drivers on daily operations.
- Ride alongside new drivers to assess their road skills and navigation.
- Act as the first point of contact for drivers experiencing route difficulties.
- Collect daily delivery reports and hand them to the Operations Coordinator.
- Cover for absent riders/drivers on high-priority routes as needed.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
