JOB DETAILS:

OVERVIEW

LION Trust is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to fill the position of Driver. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of patients, staff, goods, supplies, and other assigned items while ensuring the assigned vehicle is properly maintained and operated in accordance with LION Trust policies and Malawi road traffic regulations.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE)
• Valid Driving Licence (minimum Class C1, PG)
• At least two (2) years of driving experience
• Defensive Driving Certificate

DUTIES:

• Safely transport patients, staff, goods, supplies, and other assigned items.
• Ensure timely transportation to assigned destinations.
• Maintain the assigned vehicle in a clean and roadworthy condition.
• Carry out routine vehicle checks and report any faults promptly.
• Ensure proper care and safe operation of the assigned vehicle.
• Comply with LION Trust policies and all road traffic regulations.
• Perform any other transport-related duties as assigned.
