JOB DETAILS:
VACANT POST: ENGINEERING MANAGER
Kawalazi Estate Company, Mzuzu, P.O. Box 237 seeks a dynamic Engineering Manager to lead our technical team at Kawalazi.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage engineering staff
- oversee plant/infrastructure integrity
- and optimize maintenance processes.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, 15 years + leadership experience esp. on Tea Estate, with proven strategic resource management and Practical approach.
