Key Responsibilities (JD):

• Provide overall strategic leadership and direction for Love a Village in Malawi and Canada
• Oversee fundraising, donor relations, and partnership development
• Lead program design, implementation, and evaluation
• Manage senior staff and ensure organizational compliance
• Represent the organization to government, donors, and stakeholders
• Ensure financial sustainability and good governance

Typical Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Development, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5–7 years of senior management experience in an NGO
• Proven track record in fundraising and donor management
• Experience working in both Malawi and Canada (or cross-cultural settings)
• Strong leadership, advocacy, and financial management skills
