Resani Consulting Ltd is recruiting on behalf of our client for an exceptional Executive Director to provide strategic leadership and drive sustainable community impact.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Contract: 3-Year Renewable Contract
Competitive Base Salary: MWK 2,000,000 (plus benefits and performance-based incentives)
Minimum Requirements:
✔️ Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree is an added advantage)
✔️ 5–10 years of senior leadership experience in the nonprofit, development, or social enterprise sector
✔️ Strong fundraising and partnership development experience
✔️ Excellent strategic planning, communication, and leadership skills
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 60
Level of Education: bachelor degree
