Overview

Horizon Global Limited is seeking experienced and results-driven Warehouse Supervisors to oversee our FMCG warehouse operations in Blantyre. This role offers an opportunity to manage inventory, coordinate logistics, and ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards.
• Manage warehouse staff, allocate tasks, and monitor performance.
• Coordinate with procurement and distribution teams for timely delivery of goods.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma or in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in FMCG warehouse operations.
• Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Candidates with an MSCE and extensive relevant experience will also be considered.
