ABOUT THE ROLE

Malpack Limited is commercially growing a variety of fruits on our 50-hectare orchard in Zalewa, Neno District. We are looking for a hands-on Farm Manager to live on site and run day-to-day operations.

If you are reliable, experienced in commercial farming, and ready to take full ownership of farm operations, this is an exciting opportunity to lead a growing agricultural enterprise.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Experience managing a commercial farm (fruit/horticulture preferred)
• Experience leading large labour teams
• Strong spoken and written English
• Working knowledge of irrigation and fertiliser programmes
• Willing to live on site in Zalewa (accommodation provided)
• Reliable, hands-on, and able to use good judgement independently

• Oversee planting, fertilising, irrigation, and general crop care
• Manage farm inputs, equipment, and basic infrastructure
• Report regularly to directors on progress and issues
• Take on any other duties needed to keep the farm running well
