OVERVIEW

Bespat Human Capital Management, is a Human Resource Recruitment and Management provider established to provide leading edge people management solutions and consulting services to businesses, organizations and government. On behalf of our client, we are now looking for an experienced Field Engineer to join a team of experts in the departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and commission enterprise network equipment and customer solutions.
  • Support enterprise services including MPLS, IPVPN, Internet, SD-WAN, LAN/WAN, and related connectivity solutions.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure network availability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer faults within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Conduct site surveys, testing, and acceptance of new installations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery of enterprise projects.
  • Prepare technical reports, service documentation, and network records.
  • Ensure compliance with Airtel safety, quality, and operational standards.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Relevant Experience

  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in telecommunications or enterprise network operations.
  • Experience with IP networking, routing, switching, fiber, and wireless technologies.
  • Knowledge of MPLS, VPN technologies, and enterprise connectivity solutions is an added advantage.
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA, HCIA, HCIP, or equivalent will be an advantage.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel and support field operations across the country
