JOB DETAILS:
CGF Enterprises Limited, a Labour Logistics Service Provider, invites on behalf of Bayer Malawi applications from suitably qualified candidates to support hybrid maize seed production across Bayer’s seed grower network.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise growers and coordinate field operations, including planting, fertilization, pest management, detasseling, harvesting and record keeping.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality, safety, and stewardship standards.
- Promote the use of digital tools and efficient production practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Agricultural Sciences, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in maize seed production will be an added advantage.
- Practical knowledge of farm machinery.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to spend 75% of working time in the field.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Innovative mindset and willingness to learn.
