Key Responsibilities (JD):

  • Manage daily financial operations including budgeting, bookkeeping, and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with donor and organizational financial policies
  • Process payroll, payments, and reconciliations
  • Oversee administrative functions, procurement, and office management
  • Support audit processes and internal controls
  • Coordinate with program teams on financial planning

Typical Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA) preferred
  • Experience with NGO financial management
  • Proficiency in accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work part-time hours
