Responsibilities or duties
- Deliver high-quality lectures in corporate finance, investment analysis, financial markets, and risk management.
- Facilitate student learning through practical case studies, financial simulations, and industry projects.
- Develop and update course materials to incorporate current financial regulations, tools, and technological advancements (e.g., fintech).
- Conduct research in areas such as capital markets, asset valuation, financial inclusion, and investment strategies.
- Participate in community engagement by offering financial literacy programs and advisory services to local businesses and communities.
- Mentor and support students in developing financial analytical skills and preparing for careers in banking, investment, and corporate finance.
- Participate in academic and administrative activities, including student assessment and program development.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Master's degree in a relevant field (PhD is an added advantage).
- Relevant teaching and/or industry experience.
- Strong commitment to academic excellence, student development and research.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic university environment.
