Intercity Building Contractors is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to fill the position of Finisher Bricklayers (4 positions) to work on various sites within Lilongwe.

Job Description:

The Finisher Bricklayer will be responsible for carrying out high-quality finishing works on construction sites to meet company standards and project specifications.

Requirements:

• Must be based in Lilongwe (preferred)
• Academic background in Bricklaying or related field
• Minimum of 5–7 years proven experience in finishing works

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong finishing and plastering skills
• Attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Good time management and ability to meet targets
• Physical fitness and ability to work under pressure
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Knowledge of construction safety practices

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: bachelor degree
