JOB DETAILS:

Background

A reputable hospitality establishment in Lilongwe is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Food & Beverages Controller to strengthen internal controls and support the achievement of profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily reconciliation and analysis of Food & Beverage revenues
• Monitoring POS and PMS systems for accuracy
• Conducting stock counts and managing inventory control (FIFO method)
• Managing procurement documentation and ensuring supplier compliance
• Monitoring departmental costs and food & beverage costings
• Ensuring compliance with financial control procedures
• Performing any other duties as assigned from time to time

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Accounting
• 3–5 years’ experience in busy hotel finance or F&B control
• Strong knowledge of stock control, cost control, and reconciliations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and POS/PMS systems
• High level of integrity and strong attention to detail

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: associate degree
