OVERVIEW
Bespat Holding Limited invites applications from suitably qualified, motivated, and energetic individuals to fill the position of Fuel Service Station Supervisor at our filling station.

Key Responsibilities

1. Hire, recruit and train service station staff.
2. Supervise Pump Attendants at Filling station.
3. Receive products and ensure zero loss on delivery.
4. Send daily stock and sales report to the MD or assignee.
5. Conduct stock take exercises at the filling station and declare in full any anomalies with clear action points to rectify the problems.
6. Assign, schedule and monitor the tasks of service station personnel.
7. Greet and receive customers and guests in a courteous manner.
8. Answer and resolve customer needs and objectives.
9. Ensure joyous experience to customers and guests through cool pleasant services.
10. Participate in cross-functional team meetings and events to enhance quality in services.
11. Maintain inventory controls of materials, items and products.
12. Maintain the service station premises in a neat and organized manner.
13. Maintain good relationships with the vendors and suppliers.
14. Bill and collect payments from customers and third parties for services rendered.
15. Oversee the operations of the Quick shop and ensure stock take happens on a daily basis

Work Experience:
Those with previous relevant experience working as a supervisor will have an added advantage.
