JOB DETAILS:

The National Youth Council of Malawi (NYCOM) is organizing the 2026 National Youth Summit, a high-impact platform for investment, partnership-building, and scalable solutions that contribute to youth employment and innovation in line with Malawi 2063. To ensure a professional and cohesive brand identity, we require high-quality visual materials for our online and offline publicity campaigns. The final designs will be used across all NYCOM online channels, in partner communications, and during the summit itself to enhance visibility and impact.

Responsibilities or duties

We are looking for two (2) Online Volunteers who, under the guidance of the Media and Publicity Committee, will produce design proposals for a range of digital and print materials for the summit.

Qualifications or requirements 

Experience needed

• Professional experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio.
• Previous experience in designing document layouts and social media assets.
• In-depth knowledge of graphic design applications (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
• A degree in graphic design or a related field is considered an asset.

Level of Education: bachelor degree
