This is a senior technical appointment responsible for providing strategic leadership, performance oversight, and football development direction across all competitive teams of the Club.

Responsibilities or duties

Role Overview

The Head Coach will:

• Lead the First Team in all domestic and continental competitions.
• Provide technical leadership and performance oversight across the Reserves, Women, and Youth teams, ensuring alignment with the Club’s football philosophy.
• Implement a club-wide football philosophy aligned with modern CAF/FIFA standards.
• Establish clear player development pathways, performance benchmarks, and succession planning.
• Work closely with Club Management on player recruitment, talent identification, and long-term technical planning.
• Report to the Club Board through the Chief Executive Officer.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Minimum Requirements

• CAF A Coaching Licence (mandatory – applications without this qualification will not be considered).
• Proven experience coaching at senior competitive level.
• Strong knowledge of modern football tactics, training methodologies, and performance management.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, results-driven environment.
• CAF Pro/UEFA equivalent qualifications and international experience will be an added advantage.
