Position Overview
Inde Technologies is seeking a highly capable Head of Operations and Digital Systems to oversee the company’s operational performance and the effective management of all digital systems offered as services to clients. This role is central to ensuring that systems are secure, reliable, well-managed, and aligned with business objectives, while also leading staff welfare and internal operational standards.
The successful candidate will combine strong operational leadership, systems understanding, and people management skills to support the company’s growth and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments and digital platforms
- Ensure smooth coordination between technical, business development, finance, and support teams
- Establish and enforce operational standards, workflows, and service delivery protocols
- Monitor performance indicators and ensure timely execution of company activities
Digital Systems Oversight
- Lead the operational management of all SaaS platforms and hosted systems
- Ensure system uptime, reliability, backups, and disaster recovery procedures
- Enforce data security, access control, and compliance with internal technical protocols
- Work closely with developers and technical teams to manage updates, releases, and version control
Staff Welfare & People Management
- Oversee staff welfare, well-being, and workplace culture
- Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and staff development
- Ensure fair application of HR policies, contracts, and disciplinary procedures
- Serve as a key point of escalation for staff-related operational issues
Client & Service Delivery Support
- Ensure client onboarding processes are efficient and standardized
- Oversee service-level commitments and client support coordination
- Support resolution of operational or system-related client escalations
- Ensure consistent service quality across all client engagements
Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to internal governance frameworks and company policies
- Monitor operational risks related to systems, data, and service delivery
- Maintain documentation, audit trails, and operational reports for management
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, ICT, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in operations management, systems management, or senior administrative roles
- Demonstrated experience managing digital systems or technology-enabled services
- Strong background in team leadership and cross-functional coordination
- Experience working in a technology, consulting, or SaaS environment is a strong advantage
